Supply & Design – How does it work?
For those who just want the right products delivered alongside a detailed plan of where to put it.
1. Following an initial discussion over the phone or via video conference we will request a detailed plan with dimensions and pictures to include building structure and decor details, position of available electric power points and master power distribution unit.
2. Using this information we will produce an indicative quotation. We may also make a site visit if your venue is within a 60 mile radius of our head office in Nottingham (please see map).
3. Once you are happy with the quotation we will ask for a deposit to order the required equipment. Full payment will be required before or on delivery of goods and supply of the installation plan. We will also offer telephone support during your installation should you have any questions.

Supply, Design & Commissioning – How does it work?
Including everything in our Supply & Design service plus the system set & tested on completion by our experts to ensure it works to maximum potential. Recommended for the bigger projects that are mission critical to business.

In addition to our supply and design service if your venue is within a 60 mile radius of our Nottingham head office (please see map) we will also visit your site to ensure everything is set up correctly and working to its optimum after your team has completed the installation. Depending on your requirements we may also visit the site prior and during installation to give further guidance.
System Upgrade – How does it work?
Sometimes you don’t need a whole new system, we can update what you have or add to it. Recommended for projects where only additions or updates are required.
1. Following an initial discussion over the phone or via video conference we will request a detailed plan with dimensions and pictures to include building structure and decor details, position of available electric power points and master power distribution unit.
2. Using this information we will produce an indicative quotation to upgrade your existing system. We may also make a site visit if your venue is within a 60 mile radius of our Nottingham head office (please see map).
3. Once you are happy with the quotation we will ask for a deposit to order the equipment. Full payment will be required before or on delivery of goods and supply of installation plan. We will also offer telephone support during your installation should you have any questions. If you are within a 60 mile radius of our Nottingham head office we will also offer you a full installation service.
Full Audio Visual Installation – How does it work?
For the complete service. We will supply the product, design the scheme, install and commission the products leaving you with a system working to its optimum.
The complete package from design to installation is only available within a 60 mile radius of our Nottingham head office (please see map).To ensure we can offer you a cost effective installation and a good after sales service we are unable to stretch our resource beyond this area and maintain the excellent service that we pride ourselves on delivering.
